CCWC 2025 Shining STARS Gala
Honored Guest and Volunteer Registration is officially here!
This year’s event will be held on Friday April 4th, 2025 from 6pm-9pm!
CCWC is excited to officially launch our own event where we have the ability to honor individuals with special needs, ages 14 and older, with an unforgettable prom night experience that is centered on God’s love.
Every “STAR” enters this complimentary event with a warm welcome beginning with the ability to promptly begin receiving royal treatment, including hair and makeup stations, shoe shining areas, corsages and boutonnieres, all before being welcomed and announced for a GRAND entrance down the red carpet full of paparazzi. Our STARS will then kick off their royal evening with their choice of enjoying catered food, karaoke, and the dance floor… all leading up to the moment when each guest is crowned king or queen of the prom.

Honored guests will begin arriving 5:30pm and volunteers will be asked to check in and be in place by 5pm

Volunteer training dates will be required and offered Tuesday, March 25th from 6pm-7pm and Thursday, March 27th 6pm-7pm.
